What it is
G-Force is the elder statesman of polished consumer visualizers. SoundSpectrum has shipped it continuously since the early 2000s, including years as a bundled iTunes visualizer, and the house style has never changed: liquid, organic waveform trails with tasteful color scripts, closer to a lava lamp than a rave screen.
It runs standalone on macOS and Windows, listens to whatever is playing, and just works. Where MilkDrop is a preset jukebox with wild swings, G-Force is one strong aesthetic executed smoothly.
