Photism is a digital download, and a copy can't be returned once it's downloaded. That's why there is a free version to try first, and why we review refund requests one at a time.

Before you buy, you can try Photism for free:
- Photism Online: three scenes in your browser, beside any DAW. No download or account needed.
Please check the requirements before you buy. Photism runs on macOS and Windows as a VST3 or AU plugin in any DAW, or as a standalone app. A reasonably modern GPU should be enough.
Asking for a refund
We review refund requests case by case. Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase, from the email you used to buy, and tell us what went wrong.
If it's a technical problem, like Photism won't install, won't open, or doesn't show up in your DAW, tell us your setup and what happened. We can usually fix it quickly. If we can't get it working on your computer, we'll give you a full refund.
How refunds are processed
Payments and refunds go through Stripe, which is the merchant of record for your order through Stripe Managed Payments. Photism is made by Cerrone LLC, and we decide each refund request by email as described above. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually show up within a few business days, depending on your bank. Once an order is refunded, its download link and update emails stop working.
Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. Disputes take weeks, and email is almost always faster.
